A time of fellowship and refreshing, the church campout was well attended by both the Bonners Ferry and Clark Fork churches. David Williams presented lessons from scripture in reviewing some of the "tarrying times" recorded there, and encouraged us to prepare our hearts to "endure unto the end."
A panel discussion consisting of Dallas Roberts, Sharon Davis and Charly Drechsel discussed the "tarrying time" as brought out in the parable of the ten virgins. This was presented to the adults while the children went on a "treasure hunt" finding the clues from reading Bible verses. The hunt was planned and organized by Becky Williams and Karen Betat.
A delicious potluck dinner followed and then a walk down to the Kootenai River on the west side of the campgrounds. The day was perfect and enjoyable and God blessed.
